Free activity book for children
A fun-filled and free activity book has been created to support Scottish Children’s Health Week in September.
It is packed full of creative ideas and advice, with space to encourage young people to share their thoughts and feelings about mental health and wellbeing.
Each day of the week has a theme, including ‘Be Active’, ‘Be Happy’ and ‘Be Helpful’, with tips on how to achieve these goals. There is also information on children’s rights.
The activity book has been created by Children’s Health Scotland (CHS), the founders of Scottish Children’s Health Week, which runs from 6-12 September this year.
CHS is urging families to get involved on social media, using the hashtag #feelinggood to encourage discussions about health, feelings and emotions.
To download your free activity book, visit the Children’s Health Scotland website.
