Festive message 2023
This festive season we extend warm wishes to Armed Forces families across Scotland and the world.
While not all families can be together this Christmas, we wish them comfort and connection, even from afar.
In 2024, Forces Children’s Education will continue to provide valuable resources for families to support children and young people. These resources are aimed at supporting the learning journey of children from Armed Forces families – Regular, Reserved, Veterans and ex-Service.
The website also aims to aid professional educators to appropriately support Armed Forces children. Forces children and young people are in every local authority across Scotland and we hope to assist the understanding of their various education journeys.
We will continue to ensure Forces Children’s Education remains an excellent first point of contact for information on transitioning in education for Armed Forces families.
