Make your voice heard for Armed Forces families

A series of short, online surveys have been designed by and for children and young people aged 8-18 who have a parent serving in the Armed Forces.
The Military Connected Children and Young People (MCCYP) Social Determinants of Health (SDH) questionnaires should only take 10-15 minutes and is aimed at gathering insights into children and young people’s lived experiences within the framework of the SDH, such as education, housing, community and access to services. The outcomes are intended to help ensure young people’s voices are heard and to shape how organisations understand and respond to their needs.
The research, which is led by Dr Paul Watson, Assistant Director of the Northern Hub for Veterans and Military Families Research, has different links dependent on age:
The deadline to complete the survey is Friday 5 September. For more information, visit the Northern Hub For Veterans and Military Families Research.
