The Armed Forces Bill 2019-21 was presented to Parliament by the Government by The Rt Hon Ben Wallace MP
The Bill was introduced to the House of Commons and given its First Reading on Tuesday 26th January 2021. This stage is formal and takes place without any debate. MPs will consider The Bill at Second Reading; date has not yet been announced. An update on the Armed Forces Legislation, as well as a weblink to the draft proposals are now on the Westminster Parliamentary website.
