Army families: share your views

The Army Families Federation (AFF) wants to hear from Army families about their experiences of early years childcare.

Details of the survey including the link to participate (listed in the article text)

The organisation is keen to understand how issues such as availability and cost affect families, and how experiences can vary by location. The survey also covers the impact on partner employment and whether it has affected decisions such as career or location moves.

Access to childcare was one of the major challenges to employment highlighted in AFF’s 2024 employment survey.

The short survey runs until 6 December and is open to all Service personnel, Reservists and their spouses and partners with children under five.
