Forces Children’s Education has won a Bronze Award at the 2022 Scottish Veterans Awards.

The team – led by National Transitions Officer Carolyn MacLeod – was honoured in the ‘Health and Wellbeing’ category for its work to support Armed Forces children, their families and educators.

Carolyn, who runs the FCE site for the Association of Directors of Education in Scotland (ADES), said: “This is really wonderful that FCE has been recognised for the work it does to support families and their children by providing authoritative information around education in Scotland.

“We’re grateful to the judging panel and wish to congratulate all of the winners and nominees, and thank all of those who support our Armed Forces community.”
