Dress to impress: Purple Up Day
Get involved with April’s Month of the Military Child (MotMC) by joining in with Purple Up Day.
On Friday 26 April, become a style icon by wearing your favourite purple clothes and helping celebrate children and young people from Armed Forces families.
MotMC is held to recognise the youngsters in our Armed Forces community, who often face unique life challenges, such as relocations, the absence of parents during deployment or training, and adapting to changing circumstances.
The campaign’s choice of purple combines the various colours associated with all military branches.
During MotMC and Purple Up Day, we would love to see what you get up to, so don’t forget to tag us on social media. We are on Facebook, X (formerly Twitter) and LinkedIn.
